UNA was ranked among thousands of public institutions listed as part of the comprehensive research guide based on an assessment of more than 2,200 accredited colleges and universities.
The ChemE Car team from the 鶹 has placed third in the National ChemE Car Competition that took place recently in Boston. The team bested groups from much larger institutions from the southeast and the nation.

The Human Resources MBA program in the College of Business and Technology at the 鶹 has been named for Lyons HR, LLC, a Florence-based Human Resources Company. The 鶹 鶹 Book Club was launched in Fall 21 after alumni and friends expressed an interest in seeking new ways to engage with the University. Through the book club, alumni are able to connect with the campus and to students through a shared interest in literature and book discussion.
Through the establishment of the Guizhou University-鶹 International College of Engineering and Technology, on the campus of Guizhou University, officials at the 鶹 and Guizhou University, in Guizhou, China, have initiated an innovating partnership that will benefit students at the graduate and undergraduate levels with their degree attainment. Guizhou University (GU) is a Top 100 Chinese research university, with more than 60,000 students enrolled.
鶹 sophomore, Claire Hendrickson, of Anniston, was crowned Miss UNA on Saturday evening at Norton Auditorium on the UNA campus. Hendrickson will move on to compete for the title of Miss Alabama.
