Our STEM Peer Tutors are friendly UNA undergraduate students who enjoy math and science and have a sincere desire to help other students with their mathematics and science classes here at UNA.

Joshua Barnes Joshua can tutor algebra, trigonometric and calculus courses: Math: MA100/100E, MA112, MA113, MA115, MA125 & MA126 Joshua is a junior majoring in Engineering from Huntsville, Alabama. He is a member of the math club and American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AiCHE). He also enjoys playing basketball and soccer in his free time. |

Taylor Brewer Taylor can tutor some Biology and Chemistry courses: Biology: BI111 & BI112; Chemistry: CH111 & CH112 Taylor is a junior premed student majoring in Biology. He is from Florence, Al and is a member of UNA club tennis. In his free time he enjoys reading, watching tv, and playing tennis and pickleball. |

Mattley Carpenter Mattley can tutor algebra, trigonometric and calculus courses: Math: MA100/100E, MA112, MA113, MA115, & MA125 Mattley is a freshman double majoring in Secondary Education and Mathematics from Florence, Alabama. She is involved in the math club and is excited to be a UNA cheerleader this year as she starts her first year of college in her hometown. Roar Lions! |

Keira Culver Keira can tutor algebra, trigonometric and calculus courses: Math: MA100/100E, MA112, MA113, MA115, & MA125 Keira is a junior here at UNA and is a double major in mathematics and secondary education. She is also involved in ZTA, Coles Honor College, and the Rho Lambda Society. Outside of school, she love to paint, go on walks, and ultimately make great memories with my friends and family. Keira is so excited to have this opportunity to help her peers, just as they have helped her! |

Jayden Garrard* Jayden can tutor algebra, finite math and Statistics courses: Math: MA100/100E, MA105, MA110, and MA147 Jayden is a junior majoring in Elementary Education from Fayette, Alabama. She is part of the Coles Honor College, and in her free time does many different crafts and spends time outdoors. *Jayden is currently our only statistics tutor for MA147 |

D Laughlin D can tutor some Chemistry courses: Chemistry: CH111, CH112, CH311 & CH312 D is a junior majoring in Chemistry with a concentration in Biochemistry. They enjoy spending time with friends, reading, playing video games, and making things. |

She is part of the tri-beta biological honors society. In her free time, she enjoys crafting, watching tv, painting, and being with friends and family. |

He is also a pride leader for the Honors Mentor Program and member of the math club. Tate can be spotted in the computing and math building most days. He spends his little free time hanging out with friends. |
