Lewis Yuille grew up in North Alabama graduating from Deshler High School. Originally he attended the Âé¶¹ÉäÇø. While working in local restaurants he decided to go to culinary school in Louisville, KY where he graduated with honors from Sullivan University. After graduating he worked in research & development, restaurant operations, & in the field mainly doing new restaurant openings. Lewis moved back home nine years ago to join the culinary department at UNA. He is married & has a son.
